An agenda is attached for your next meeting, which will be Wednesday, June 15, 6-8 pm, at the Lee County Administration Building, 2115 Second Street, 1st Floor meeting room.
The June meeting will be devoted to one item: The Groundwater Resource Report.
The Report can be found at this website: http://www.lee-county.com/dcd1/Downloads/Documents/Studies_Reports/GroundwaterResource/GR &M.htm
http://www.lee‑county.com/dcd1/Downloads/Documents/Studies/Reports/Groundwater
It is in bite sized (or byte sized) segments, and if you are on dial up, parts will take a bit. If you cannot download, (for reasons such as no internet connection) send a quick e-mail and we will send you a disk. If you actually need PAPER, let us know with a quick call, 335-2221, ask for Lucy, and we will mail you a paper copy, less appendices (which are ordinately huge but are largely the locations of wells).
Attached for your review are the minutes of the May meeting.
One follow up for the Groundwater Resource Report already directed by the Board is to identify the places in the County where TDR receiving areas should be located. Also, the staff hires to finish the Buildout Analysis is complete.
